2026 Nomination Form

Please carefully review qualification requirements before nominating a candidate. The nomination process begins on January 21, 2026 and closes on February 18, 2026. There shall be no more than eight total nominees per category per induction year. Not all public nominations are guaranteed a place on the official ballot.
